Anyone adding in other JM workouts during JMBR?

Hello

I just started JMBR, in wk2 and have also started ripped in 30 at the same time, was just wondering if anyone else is doing something similar? So I do an hour of Jillian 5-6 days per week and I plan to continue till the end of phase 3 by adding in 6w6p and killer buns&thighs later. So far so good???? I am losing inches and fitting into clothers I never could wear before.

Suppose, I'm looking to hear any comments about my plan.

    Nope, between kids, husband and a full time job I would be exhausted. But if you have the time and the fitness I don't see why not.

    30 minutes 6 times a week is enough! I'm just adding weights to my dummbells.

    Jillian has said on her podcast that she does not want people doing more resistance training during the BR program than what she has built into each phase, (overworking the same muscle groups, etc.) She said, if anything, do more cardio, but she doesn't want people overworking themselves.

    Gosh you are ambitious! I increased my weights. I'll admit I was a "pansy" and started out with 3's, after a few weeks I added 5's. I'm on my second round of JMBR and am using the 8's when she directs. YOWSER! I also hit the treadmill for a bit afterwards. I can't even imagine doing more than this. But as has been pointed out, working full time, etc...doesn't leave a ton of extra time.

    I do JMBR in the morning before I go to work. I'm doing the TurboFire program in the evenings when I get home. Sometimes I'll chuck a bit of Turbo Jam or Tae-Bo in between if I'm feeling crazy!
