Finally lost another pound...not to goal yet, but lost a pound!0

Yay, I made it into the 140's this week. It's the first time in decades!!!!
SW: 158

CW: 149 (still it get's harder to lose weight as I get closer to my goal)

I had a crazy week with exams but managed to maintain my weight at least!0 -
I've finally started to consistently lose about 1 lb a week. But I have to stay around 1200 calories and keep my carbs/day under 100. I think what helped me was that I changed to a Paleo way of eating a little over a month ago. Prior to doing that I was not able to lose even if I kept my calories around 1200. I really think it's the carbs for me.0
