I gotta say, my husband rocks.
He got up early yesterday and chopped up a weeks worth of all my favorite salad fixings and put them in small tupperwares all stacked up in the fridge. Now all I have to do is compile them!
He also makes and freezes SB friendly/gluten friendly burritos for me.
He's a smart guy!
