Finish the week strong today. This crazy winter is almost over and spring will be here soon.
Today I'm going to add 5 more exercises or five more minutes.

Goals:
105 triceps dips: 20
105 push ups, mixed: 20
15 planks (gulp): 2
105 biceps curls: 15

    Hello! I kick my own butt yesterday and i'm surprisingly sore blaaaaaaaaaaaaah. BUT! I want my abs this summer. Probably shouldn't have cake yesterday.........oh well........it was delicious. sorry not sorry

    Panda I was reading your profile.. what do you weigh now? we have been doing this for months.
    I pretty much weigh the same but I see a change in my abs and arms.
    I just ate a bag of gummi bears.. They are my weakness.

    @sims - honestly I have no idea what I weigh. I never done this for the weight to be honest. I'm doing this more to keep myself honest and not go overboard like I used to. I have seen a lot more definition though
