Finish the week strong today. This crazy winter is almost over and spring will be here soon.
Today I'm going to add 5 more exercises or five more minutes.

Hello! I kick my own butt yesterday and i'm surprisingly sore blaaaaaaaaaaaaah. BUT! I want my abs this summer. Probably shouldn't have cake yesterday.........oh well........it was delicious. sorry not sorry

@sims - honestly I have no idea what I weigh. I never done this for the weight to be honest. I'm doing this more to keep myself honest and not go overboard like I used to. I have seen a lot more definition though
