    Oooops, I completely forgot about checking in last night. Came home from a hard circuit training with my trainer and had a bit to eat and went to bed early.....................sorry. No excuse is good enough though.......................:cry:

    I am so glad it stopped raining by the time I got home from work. I was able to squeeze in another small walk this evening!

    Yay, I remembered to check in tonight. No gym today but worked some core at home this morning and took the dog for a walk this afternoon.

    Oh yeah...me too!!! It was funny today...every time I had to do something it only rained while I was under cover. When I came out it had stopped!! Twilight zone-ish!! :laugh:

    Final day of making my 1000 calorie burn...DONE!! I don't know how those do this day after day...my hats off to you all!! TRULY AMAZING!! Back to normal tomorrow!! :bigsmile:

    Well, I am out. Combo of getting a cold and a fantastic dinner made by my husband for very close friends who had a very rough week led to going over my budget. No energy to work it off before going to bed (though we at least finished the night with Wii bowling). NEXT MONTH WILL BE MY MONTH! Will keep spying on you folks - keep up the good work.
    Oh, and 8 years smoke free - so small set back but a long term victory on a old nemesis.
