    Goals this month: Stay consistent with my diet and workout for at least 150 minutes per week. (I know that doesn't seem like much, but I work 11 hour days so any exercise will be an accomplishment to start).

    Well, that is my goal reached for February, which was 280 pounds. Will go for 275 till end of the month. Happy with that :)

    Started weight training this week - my trainer told me to expect a slower weight loss with the change in exercise routine. No change this week, but my measurements are still showing progress :smile:

    Only walked a couple of km's this week, so really need to focus more on that! Hard with 2 little boys, but plenty of people do it.

    Next step, stop making delicious homemade ice cream!

    Total lost so far in Feb = 2.6 lbs

    I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau :( Not really sure how to overcome it!
