    Only did 20 minutes today. Taking it a little easier. Tried a bicycle ride outside, since the weather is so nice. KILLED MY KNEES...but kept peddling the hole time!!! OUCH!! :sad:

    Old stale week 1 mini challenges: YES to both. Walked as above and my sugar goal =45, work out gave me 70, ATE a mere 28.
