Just started month two. What should i look forward to?

Ive just started month two on monday. So far I've lost 15 lbs and feel a lot stronger. After being beat up by the first three days of month 2 it felt great today doing max recovery. Id just like to know from some of you who have completed the program or are currently doing it what to expect this month in terms of results and how you feel in general as well as how fast your body has adapted to the much more challenging workouts

I'm about a week away from finishing now, and my results have been mixed so far.
Don't get me wrong, I've gotten results, and I'm happy with them, it's just not as drastic as a lot of people.
I lost on average 1lb a week (which is fine), and have dropped a total of 9lbs, but so far have lost 8% body fat.
I didn't really start noticing anything pronounced until after the 2nd week of month 2 though. I think that's when most people start to see big changes in either their body or the way they handle the workouts.
Either way, add me if you'd like!

Good luck man!!! Just as an FYI, I did my 2nd to last MAX Interval Circuit yesterday....and while I doubt I'll ever go straight through (hell the people in the video don't), I CRUSHED it! You will get there! Today is MAX Interval Sports....so...I've only go ONE more of those 60 minute Interval stuff.0

Thats awesome. Today was def easier than the last. Still completely failing on the second and third rounds of some excercises. Especially the squat with hook and total body drills. But i def think theres an improvement from monday. My weight loss has kinda plateaud this week tho. Not sure why0

Total Body drills were my litmus test for this workout, and I OWNED those this time around, you'll see some great improvements towards the end of the 3rd week and push through!0 -
Noice! Just finished max interval plyo. Started at 6 am. Felt like puking and it was like a workout from hell. But i got tru it. Still reached failure on some excercises though. But i feel good. Week 1 month 2 has been killed.0

Sid I think I'm 1 or two days behind you - and feel the same way lol. Today is my last workout of week 1, tomorrow is a much needed rest day!0

I'm on the exact same day as you Sid, and I'm feeling totally beat up too! I'm feeling especially beat up in my shoulders and quads! Keep pushing! We can do it!0

Week 2 of month 2 has just started and max conditioning just kicked my butt. I think im really struggling with this month. And im starting to feel little pinches and pains around my hip region.0

Month 2 is no joke....it doesn't get any easier...but YOU will get better...watch that hip though! I was working through shoulder pain, an AC Joint arthritis I got FROM this program...AND muscle issues in my core which happened right before recovery week (thank GOD). I was able to push through both of them with no problems, but had to modify, not go as deep as I wanted, etc.
