Sign me up, I have only been on here for a few weeks but have so much to loose I will give anything a go lol :-) will be interesting to see if I can make it lol, is it all in one go or can you split it? I have hip problems so not sure how it will fare when you reach the high numbers lol!0

If you can only do them in intervals of 15, do them in intervals of 15.
