    I just signed up for the squats and also plan to add the crunches as well. I have gained back 5 pounds of the 40 I lost and don;t like seeing the scales going in the wrong dierction. This should help me get back with the program. Thank you for adding me.

    I never really liked crunches but I'm going to give it my all, add me to this challenge please. I'm in for this challenge along with the planks and push-ups. I will be starting March 1.

    Please sign me up for the crunch challenge. I'm 57 and need and want to make healthy changes. I've started to log my food and really want to get some extra weight off. Ultimately, I would like to lose 50 lbs, but I have to start somewhere! Thank you.
