    Hello Group,

    This morning was my weigh in, I weighed at 159 pounds. I started at 165 now 159.

    The week has been challenging, I stayed within my calorie goal, I added some new exercise to my routine. I also increase workout time. So its looking bright, trying to maintain and reach my goal of 130 pounds by May 1.
