So I'm not checking in yet, but I figured if I started the thread now Jen and I won't duplicate efforts in the morning :-)
I switched to TTDE less 15% as I am running more and wanted to make sure I had enough energy, etc. In theory I have been eating at or below maintenance this week (I was over goal a few days), but I am up 3-4 lbs. I know this isn't actual fat weight, but it still kinda freaks me out! I doesn't help that we had a bunch of Chinese food at work today and I think I am PMSing, so there is some extra bloating going on. NOT looking forward to weighing in tomorrow -- but I will. See you all in the a.m.!

Good Morning all. As suspected (see above post), I am up 4.2 pounds to 167.2! Trying to be pragmatic and not freaked out. Hope everyone else is having a great week :-)0

Good morning! Don't freak out! I gained 4+ and it stuck around for three weeks, although it probably would have left sooner if I hadn't had such poor nutrition those weeks. Stay the course and you will have a huge drop. Mine hit this week - it was exciting to watch the scale drop and drop!

Anna, it is most likely just water. It is freaky though to see the scale go up. I'm not looking forward to that when spring comes and I start lifting again. Just keep track of inches.

I'm not sure if I have just lost the water weight I gained with the meds or if I finally just got below where I started when I started taking them, or if I lost water weight because I was sick. Either way I hope it sticks.
Down 4 lbs since start of challenge. Since last week I have lost half an inch off of each; waist, stomach, and hips. Nothing around my bust or rib cage (but last week I lost there). I knew I wouldn't get to 15 pounds in this challenge, so I was hoping to get down to the 160's before my birthday (March 13).0 -

One day this week, I decided to indulge a bit with a few cocktails. Every time that I do, my body retains fluid and holds onto it for a while. My TOM is also approaching in a couple of days. Guessing it is why I had a gain because I stay on point with eating healthy and worked out 3 days. CONGRATS to everyone on your losses! I shall see you all next week!0 -
Good job everyone!
I have been having some trouble staying 'with it' since I started my full time internship - SO TIRING. I manage to work out a few times a week and only go over sometimes on the weekend, but I haven't been as concentrated and committed this last month than I was before. But I'm really hoping to lose about 5 lbs a month through the summer so I am refocusing this week now that I'm more used to my new schedule!
My SW: 170 / Goal: 155

The loss is a bit slow but it's my TOM and I've been indulging a lot so I'm glad I'm maintaining at all. Wish me luck for next week!0 -
