Status Update

How is everyone doing with the challenge?? Are you making progress? Need encouragement?

  • I fell off the wagon with lots of excuses but getting it back together this week!
  • If you need a workout partner give me a hollar. I workout at lunch time. I have been going to the parking garages and running the stairs. It's actually relaxing in a way. Gets me out of this building, fresh air and I get to take a look around from the top. I go for about a half hour or more...

    Can't seem to focus on this. But I'm trying to get back on track this week. Mostly the excercise is my problem.

    Glad to see I am not the only one having a hard time buckling down this year. Ugh!!! I do great during the week then it all falls apart on the weekends. Oh well, this is a new week, a new start. If anyone has any pointers to stay on task during the very busy weekends, let me know. ;) Thanks!
  • None here...lol That's my problem too. I loose a pound during the week and put it back on during the weekend. Breaking away to the gym is so hard and eating healthy on the go is hard too.
