    I'm either really tired or coming down with something. If it wasn't for this challenge or another one I'm doing for the month (squats, planks and burpees) I probably would have been completely lazy. As it is, I got a half hour in of the aforementioned

    I can't believe I squeeze by today. ...at a business lunch, I had a piece of chocolate cake (square 2"X 3"), which I entered in the MFP foodlog and I made it. Pheeuu.

    Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yep, forced self out to walk for dinner. Walked an hour total, tracked via Runkeeper.

    Stale old only mini challenge of the month: YES X 2. Walked the hour and my sugar goal is 45, ATE 26, walking upped it to 58
