I slipped today. I am sorry to have to leave the challenge at this point.
It has been very helpful in terms of keeping a food log, staying under 1,200 calories and exercising. However, I did not loose weight. I am at the same weight as at the beginning of the month. Still, the exercise keeps me fit and the food log helps me eat right.
So hope to be with you on next month's challenge.
