I hope you are all doing well. I am having a nice time in Puerto Rico, but I am still managing to do my workouts and keep track of my food. How about you? Are there any questions or concerns you would like for me to help you with? How is your nutrition? How about your workouts?

Well I fell off the wagon for a week or two but making a recovery. Gained 5lbs faster than you can say jack sprat lol. On a positive note I have since joined my local gym and have made it 3 days in a row and doing some DVDs at home. Have a buddy who is now on board with exercising so lets see how this goes shall we lol. Hope you have a wonderful time in Puerto Rico Julie20fan.0

I went inline skating today, I didn't go since last summer, I think!
11 km (about 6.7 miles) in 40 minutes with an average speed of 15.8 cmp (16,4 km/h). I was very proud :flowerforyou:
I also noticed that it'll be easier for me to train my endurance with riding my bike and inline skating instead of running, because running is still much harder for me (I cannot run 10 min on the treadmill, even less if I run outside, and afterwards I'm extremely tired again). I think I'll focus on that from now on and using running on the treadmill just for a small warm- up!
Nutrition is okay. I had a small binge yesterday (which I didn't log..) but I'm back on track today again. It's an up and down, but that's okay, I kind of enjoy it because I see a progress :flowerforyou:
I hope you still enjoy Puerto Rico, Julie!
And Mattie, I'm so proud of you that you're getting back on track! And both doing the DVDs and hitting the gym is awesome. You can do it! :flowerforyou:0 -

Happy to hear you are back at it. It always helps to have an accountability partner. Thanks for being so honest and yes you most certainly can gain the weight back quickly....lol. It makes you even more aware of what to eat and what not to eat. Glad to have you back.0 -

Great update. Always do what you enjoy for workouts. I too do not like running so I stay away from it and do other forms of cardio that I know I will enjoy. You are making progress and that's what matters. One day at a time and one pound at a time. You can do it.0
