I can feel my toes!

I'm still in the reset stage and trying to figure out my calories. Like everyone (and their mamma) I'm wondering if this is really going to work. I got my first real sign! My husband can't stand my frosty toes and hands, especial when we are in bed. Well last night my husband went to snuggle to warm me up, like he always does at night. My DH said " Dang, babe you sure are toasty tonight". I'm never warm and especially in this arctic winter that we are having :-P

GO ME, I'M TOASTY, GO ME!

    Yeah for toastiness!
I always had ice fingers too, now I'm the one turning down the heat in the office!
Like Joan said, it's amazing when we feed our bodies the right amount, everything starts working like it's supposed to
And yay for your husband too, as he gets no more cold toes to contend with in bed

    Awesome!

It's a great sign! I remember it well from when I first upped my calories, I felt like I was on fire! I hope this sign has given you more encouragement that you're on the right track.

Wow, this is very interesting! So I will be striving for toasty toes as well.....if I can differentiate it from a hot flash!! Very cool!

Its amazing the simple things we strive for. I haven't turned into a furnace yet maybe that will be my next sign. I'll take any sign that keeps me away from the scale is a positive, lol.

Now that you say that---that explains why my feet are no longer freezing at night. The other thing I noticed, normally in the winter here in MN, My skin is dry, chapped, and cracked--not this year! And this has been one of the worst winters!

I have also had mysterious ongoing skin ailments clear up since eating more calories. I used to have really chapped dry heels that itched like crazy and eczema on my right hand only. I believe it has cleared up due to changed in my eating and using more natural cleaning products the last few months.
