    8/2 - 1.5 mile walk
    9/2 - 0
    10/2 - 5k run
    11/2 - 10k stationary bike + 1.5 mile walk
    12/2 - 7k stationary bike + 1.7 mile walk
    13/2 - 5k run
    14/2 - 1.5 mile walk

    = 5.2 miles + 27km

    = 35.4km or 21.2 miles
