This should be fun especially combined with the 100 Consecutive Pushup Challenge group that I am running:) I am expecting this will be a great start to slimming my arms down for the upcoming tank top weather!!! Yay!0

My plan had been to start on March 1, but that didn't happen so I did Day 1 today. It felt pretty good to do 20 secs but I am most excited to see progress as planks are something I have always wanted to do well.0
