Walk 30 Miles Challenge

With this challenge, you simply log how many miles you walk in a day for an entire month, and then tally it up to equal 30 miles, or more. Happy walking!!

I am taking on this challenge starting today, February 20- with a twist. My goal is to complete 30 miles on the elliptical in 30 days. I know I can easily do this, as it only takes about 10 minutes for a mile. I use the interval program on the machine - switching between level 4 and level 8. The true challenge is to make sure I go to the gym daily. I am also doing strength training, and throwing in some swimming, just for fun. My fiance and I recently joined the YMCA, and have been taking full advantage of it.
