    My bad, I just saw that we are not supposed to start till March 1st....a practice round :blushing:

    At least you know you can do those 50 on the first day! I'm not even sure I can do 25 of them :/

    I'd like to do a squat challnge but I'm worried that 50 squats on day 1 may be a little aggressive for my middle aged knees. Is there a 30 day squat regimine that starts out less aggressively?

    oh - also side question - where do I find the weight loss ticker like the person who posted just before me? thanks
