Did pretty good in '13, but going to push even harder in '14.0

Yeah a New Year.......I fell off the "pay attention to what you eat and how much you excercise" wagon last year...and put 24 pounds back on..still down a lot, but a lot of wasted effort......now as of yesterday i'm at 204
And day 2 back on MFP

i fell off the wagon late november of last year.. and im now getting back on track with my progress.. was down to 213lbs.. but put on 20lb in 3 months..0

Since we moved to Florida and we bought a house I have put on about a pound a month. Time to get back on track and get healthier.0

I got locked down on my plan. Today was 129 days of logging my meals. 34#'s down. Had some stagnation from 02/06-04/16. I like to drink scotch, but I find a direct correlation to drinking and not losing weight.0
