You should end the day with a deficit of that amount (or greater).

    Always something to "think" about - let's use POUNDS.
    I'm running on water today after yesterday's challenge. OMG thought I was gonna blow up last night as I forced that last glass of water down.

    managed the water one in kg, (no way i could have drunk anymore than 2 litres), and the calorie one in lbs!
