3/1 - 11.5 miles walking some and running more
Total to date: 11.5 of 115
I know in my heart I can't keep up this pace every day, but wow- that felt great! My 53rd birthday is coming up in May and I just might have to ask for a bike (haven't ridden one in about 20 years, but I'm now addicted to moving - thanks mostly to this group- and would like options/choices! )

My goal is 150 miles for March and anything over 10K steps daily.
The Athens HM race is on the 4th of May. I can choose between the 5K or the Half Marathon, but I find the 13.1 mile distance intimidating. It makes more sense to follow a 5K plan to finish it between 30-35 minutes and try a longer race next fall.

10 mile run and .7 walk home! And the .7 was harder because my legs were like jelly at that point, lol
Last longer long run before my first half in 2 weeks :)
