Hello, I didn't see the message until today so I'm not in 'go' mode
I'm not eating very well today, that's for sure, but it's my weekend off and I don't want to count calories todaySo we'll just skip that part. I am going to go outside and start tilling my garden today. Vitamin D and exercise! Yay!
So, are we going to upload pics of our scales on here? How are we going to do this and can I send out invites?

Hey just found this group and joined, I have all ready eaten everything today which was cinnamon swirl bread with blue berry cream cheese spread for breakfast, raisin oatmeal for lunch, and a proper severing size of spaghetti and meatballs for dinner with one half cup of banana split ice cream for dessert. I most likely should not have eaten the ice cream.
