3/1 - 11.5 miles walking some and running more

I know in my heart I can't keep up this pace every day, but wow- that felt great! My 53rd birthday is coming up in May and I just might have to ask for a bike (haven't ridden one in about 20 years, but I'm now addicted to moving - thanks mostly to this group- and would like options/choices! :laugh: )0 -

My goal is 150 miles for March and anything over 10K steps daily.
The Athens HM race is on the 4th of May. I can choose between the 5K or the Half Marathon, but I find the 13.1 mile distance intimidating. It makes more sense to follow a 5K plan to finish it between 30-35 minutes and try a longer race next fall.
