Eat your biggest calorie meal for breakfast and your smallest for dinner. Excluding the hour of your meals, help yourself to one HEALTHY snack and 8 ounces of WATER - every hour on the hour.

    So I am going to try, to only have healthy snack, when I do snack (once or twice a day) and to make sure that i have a glass of water with it, instead of coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

    Hope this is an acceptable adaption?
