Getting an early start to next week's weigh in since I will be on vacation.

I hope vacation doesn't mess up my progress. I will try logging everything but I suspect will be going over my limit on a couple of days.

    Well, I started out this month on the right track, with a 1.6 lb weight loss. A little over 9 lbs. to go in 4 weeks. And only a little over 4 lbs. lost in the last 8. Hmm. And a trip to Hilton Head coming up. Guess I'd better be pounding the pavement, huh?

    Congrats to Texasfarmer, she has broken the 200 barrier and followed me into "Onederland". Kawookie is right behind us with a couple of tenths of a pound remaining to join us. Texas also became "dark pink" at 95% of goal achieved (20lb goal!) as did SallieBeige. Outstanding. I'm pleased with my own 2lb loss--I always love it when MFP works as advertised.

    Some folks fell back a bit--not to worry, just get back in the wagon, stay calm and carry on!

    29 days left, we are 68% complete (Achrya wins for accuracy--she has 68% of goal achieved). Four weigh-in's plus the April Fool's Day final weigh-in are left.

    SW = 152
    CW = 149 (1/1/14)
    UGW: 125
    April Fool Challenge GW: 139

    January Weigh-ins:
    1/1 = 149
    1/6 = 148.5
    1/13 = 147
    1/20 = 147
    1/27= 146.5
    January total = down 2.5

    February Weigh-ins:
    2/3 = 146.3 (-0.2)
    2/10 = 145.2 (-1.1)
    2/17 = 144.3 (-0.9)
    2/24 = 144.7 (+0.4)
    February total = down 1.8

    March Weigh-ins:
    3/3 = 145 (+0.3)

    This is so frustrating. SO FRUSTRATING! According to my fitbit calories burned and what I've eaten, I should be losing about 0.75 pounds a week. Instead, I haven't seen my low weight of 144.3 since that third week of February.

    Over the past 2 years, I've lost and gained the same 10 or so pounds, from a high of about 152 to a low of about 140. I don't want to do that again. I want to get to somewhere between 125-130 and stay there. I'm only 5'2", so it's not like I'm stuck because I'm already at a good weight for my height. The bad thing for me is that the less success I have, the more likely I am to eat too much or not log precisely which is totally backwards. I guess I will work on very precise logging, even when I'm eating too much (and also try not to eat too much...)

    Not a great week but I really haven't been very accurate with my measurements and have had a real comfort food week. So no suprise to find I gained 2.6lb. I am a bad girl I know. However earlier in the week it kept saying I was up 4lb on the scales. So although there's damage it's not as bad as I thought it was. I promise to try harder this week peeps but may need lots of encouragement ????

    I've finely hit my plateau. It's going to be a tough week for the exercise. I usually workout while The Tornado is in Kindergarten. I'm in class with her all week, so I'll have to fit it in at other times. I really need to cut back on the amount I'm eating too. I was over on calories 2 days this week. While the overages weren't much, I don't have calories to spare. I'm in the "normal" weight range and the lbs. don't want to let go. On a happy note, my new smaller jeans are riding a little low these days and I have to keep pulling them up. I have 2 more pairs of pants I'm waiting to fit into.

    Congrats to those who registered losses this week. Keep up the good work!!!

    To the rest of us---time to readjust our focus and give our all to the last 4 weeks. Only 2 lbs. I know I can do this!!!

    Late to weigh-in. At 132, which is up two from last week, but I also think some is sodium/water weight. I've been on a bit of a roller coaster the last two weeks. Not to divulge too much personal info, had a miscarriage a few days after finding out we were pregnant. Spent a bit of time taking it easy and had some lax log and eating days. Ahh well. Back on the wagon, right?

    While I have not broken in to Onederland yet, I have managed to lose 50 pounds since MFP. This required a wardrobe overhaul because suddenly (overnight it seemed) nothing fit. My size 18W clothes were loose, but they still were okay with a belt.

    On Friday my mother told me that I needed new jeans because my jeans were "inappropriate" for going out of the house. So I went clothes shopping and discovered that I am in a size 14 W (a straight 16 is loose, but a straight 14 is tight). This required a weekend of bargain shopping because literately my closet is useless to me minus two pairs of pants and two blouses I got that I got for Christmas.

    So hopefully, I will be joining the Onederland group next week! :drinker:

    H_Jack - :flowerforyou: So sorry for your loss.
