    I wanted to get into the 150's but after the weekend i had, i actually put almost 3lbs on! Fought like mad to get them off and one extra. This week's goal is to have at least 8 glasses of water and reach 159 or less.

    I weighed myself this morning with my wii ... it has a better memory over time than I do laugh

    [Drum-roll please and thank you] I am down to 173.2 more than 4 pounds LESS from what I last entered in the MFP stats (January 31) !!!!! bigsmile bigsmile Yay, ME! (especially as around Feb 12, I was OVER my Jan. 1 2014 starting weight.)
  • Jumping in here because I haven't been focused at all. So today that changes and I was just looking for a group with a target of 40 lbs.
