    I'd like to do a squat challnge but I'm worried that 50 squats on day 1 may be a little aggressive for my middle aged knees. Is there a 30 day squat regimine that starts out less aggressively?

    oh - also side question - where do I find the weight loss ticker like the person who posted just before me? thanks

    I'm at 160 Squats but I have to break this into two sets. I do half at the beginning of my other challenges then the other half at the end.
