    Did I stay within my calorie budget? Yes!!! Between 1600 and 1700 for the last three days. (I think my budget is a little over 1800)

    I'm sick as a dog right now with a stupid cold but staying op! Even tonight for Pancake Tuesday we have a healthy menu planned with protein enriched pancakes with fruit!

    Now I know why I've been stalled in the weight loss. Prior to this challenge, I was ignoring a little bit of this and that. This challenge is making m e excruciatingly aware!

    I liked to say...record every BLT -- Bite, Lick, Taste!!! :drinker: It all really adds up doesn't it!! Huge eye opener!! :noway:

    I must say I almost thought about not working out - Work was awful - but I have to make this work. This is so motivational!!!

    This is fun I look forward to completing it. Fitting in a stretch on Sundays will be the biggest challenge because I usually skip it but I think my body needs it.

    This is exactly how I started this challenge with Sunday workouts too. I NEVER did anything on the weekends. Those were my rest days....Not anymore!! Now, my weekends are just like any other day when it comes to Movin' & Losin'. :bigsmile:
