Mon. 3/3 - Workout

I hope you all had a great weekend! I indulge just a little, but I have no regrets. :)

This morning I did:

15 minutes of daily calisthenics
Tamilee Webb - I Want Those Arms (this is old school, but still effective...I had the VHS tape lol)
20 minutes on mini-stepper

What are you all doing today?

    -Jump Rope program
    -Upper body strength training

    How did your first day of Ripped in 30 go Tara? I did that program last year and it really helped me to improve my fitness.

    It was a fitness blender workout on youtube. I'm on a Fitness Blender kick right now.

    Thanks! I just saw it. It looks really fun and I love cardio intervals too! Fitness Blender is great. I use their workouts several times a week!
