    March 3rd - Yes on all areas.

    March 4th - Yes on everything but exercise. I was so sick that I could barely get up to go throw up so I am calling it a sick day. I am better today but super weak. Hoping that as the day goes and I rehydrate that my strength will go back to normal.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget? yes (barely! this challenge saved me from going over last night - I ate "dinner" at a work meeting that was at a tap house, and it was nothing but beer and fatty appetizers - I logged as I went and stopped when I was close to going over - THANK YOU MARCH UAC!!!)

    Easier today than I thought. By "dissecting" my sandwich at lunch (skipping most of the bread), eating crudites and skipping the chips (conference lunch) AND going to Jazzercise, I was able to enjoy a mini king cake! Happy Mardi Gras to all!
