Ok, think might have been feminine issues slightly too for me, but I did not fast for two weeks either so not surprised about last week. Ate loads of food and drank loads of wine.
Gonna have a last push to get to 166 by next Monday as that will have been average weight loss of 1 lb a week,which would be just fine.0 -

Goal Achieved! I was able to run 1 mile in 10 minutes and achieve the 10.5 lbs. loss before St. Patrick's Day! I have been going to the arena and doing more laps and spending less time on the treadmill. The time goes faster and its funs to walk with other people. I just hope I don't put the weight back on next week when I am traveling.0 -

Oooooh tomorrow is the big weigh in day. I meant to note at much today but then accidentally had pizza delivered at about 2 and the a code tally made chocolate chip cookies for the kids at 5 and ate two of them. Ah well. As long as have made some progress am happy.0 -
