Hello my fellow new mommies! I am excited to finally feel like I am being proactive about losing the baby weight. I am only 4 weeks pp from c section so I am not allowed to work out yet, but I can start tracking now. I gained about 50 lbs and I am down about 25 of it. My weight loss seemed to slow this week so I decided it was time to start doing something about it. Please add me! The more daily support we all have, the easier it is! (I am KeepRunning on the BBC board)

    Welcome! I wish I would have started earlier than 8 weeks PP to start tracking. So good for you. Feel free to share what works and doesn't work for you. I could always use some diet tips.
