Just wondering if anyone had tried this food diet before and if so did it actually work for you? I'm flung the T25 challenge right now and thought about doing this along with it one week since it's only for 3 days.
I'm not sure exactly what workout you are doing today? I wanted to do the same. I won't be able to work out a lunch time, but I'm planning on working out afterwork.
So today I did Focus T25 Lower body. Which workout did you do today? If any? I want to match whatever workout you are doing tomorrow? My legs are killing me. I always feel so much more better after a workout. It's hard finding the motivation to actually do it, but once its over I'm always so glad I did it.
Holy Cow---Day 1 and Day 2 were a breezed compared to today. Yikes! I was struggling to keep up today. But, I didn't give up so that is all that matters. I'm feeling really good. Work is so busy and usually I would just make an excuse to not workout because of how busy I have been, but NO MORE EXCUSES! I made time!!
I just finished Day 2 workout!! I work so I'm doing this on my lunch break. My hair is such a mess now because I sweated so much. Glad I did it. I feel so good now. GL working out today!
Ok, after take a bit of a break I finally started T25 today. I LOVE it! It is a 25 minute great workout. You can easily do modifcations so that was great. I'm the type that has to work out to curb my cravings, so when I don't work out I eat like crap, so I needed to work out. I think I might have gained a lb in the past…
