    Been pushing exercise, started training for half marathon. Body sore so will take a rest day tomorrow but make sure I get a good walk in

    Dang - only made it 5 days :sad: this is a challenge!

    Exercised?: No - couldnt do it - cold, rainy, tired, irritated (all the reasons i should have done it)
    Calories?:No -
    Tracked?: yes

    :love: LOVE the new name for the TREADMILL!! I think I'll have to use that one for mine too!! It's a true LOVE/HATE relationship!!
