    For the challenge I suggest to do burpees to the amount of the date
    So 7 on March 7, 8 on March 8, and so forth, so by the end of the month you're doing 31 burpees! :)

    Thanks for posting the spreadsheet. I joined this group awhile ago, then got off track. I am trying to get back in the groove and have made it to the gym everyday this week. I have set the goal to get there 5x this week. :smile:
