Interested!!! Tell me about them. I haven't seen them here in my state (Maine). Taste? flavors? crunch/chewy/soft? filled?
Would they be in Whole Foods/Trader Joes? Thanks in advance! :laugh:0 -
I haven't seen them at Trader Joe's, and I haven't looked at Whole Foods, but GNC has them. They are chewy, some of them have some chunks in them but not crunchy really. The nutritional profile is really great. The only flavors I tried that I didn't care for were Apple Pie and White Chocolate Raspberry. I love the Cookie Dough, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Double Chocolate Chunk, and Vanilla Almond the best. I would suggest going to GNC and buying some individual bars to see what flavors you like before you commit to buying whole boxes of them!0

I am IN LOVE with the chocolate chip cookie dough... If you stick it in the microwave for just a few seconds, it's honestly the closest thing I've come to feeling like I'm eating legit cookie dough... the texture and all. Even has little choc chips in it. Even my non-wls friend is always trying to snag them from me.
The other flavors are also nice... they are totally different from the usual chocolate covered 'peanut butter' mush I find in most brands. The first one I tried was the cinnamon bun/roll flavor which to me had the texture of really chewy caramel with a sort of buttery cinnamon flavor. I enjoyed it but my mom thought it was too chewy. They soften up in the microwave though. They also have a new flavor cookies and cream I REALLY want to try but is out of stock.0 -
I just ordered some cookies and cream from another website, haven't tried them yet but once I do I will let you know how they are!0

I wasn't wild about the cookies and cream. It's the driest and least chewy of all the quest bars I have tried. My favorites are still the cookie dough and chocolate brownie.0

I love Quest bars. I usually buy mine at GNC when on sale online for 40% a box or in the store when Buy 3 get 1 bar free and then have a $10 off $20 purchase coupon. Cookies n Cream is good. My Favs are Choc brownie, choc chip cookie dough, peanut butter supreme, white choc raspberry and double choc chunk. I usually end paying $16 or so for 12 so it breaks down to $1.33 a bar or so.

I just tried the Cookies n Cream and I was a little disappointed, In theory they should have been good, but in reality not so much, and they are the only quest bars I have tried that seem to leave an aftertaste.0

Does anyone know if they are available for sale individually like the Luna or Pure Protein bars? You've seen those for sale in open boxes in the grocery stores or drug stores. Love to try one!0

Thanks for the great info!
Love learning new stuff and about new healthy food products so many rave about.
Hitting up GNC this weekend ~ can't wait! :laugh:0 -
Just got my shipment - white chocolate raspberry and chocolate chip cookie dough. Thanks for the info - these are great! Kind of different consistency, but once you get used to that they are probably the best tasting protein bars I've tried so far. I love that the nutrition in them is a bit better as well.0
