I.... I don't know if I can finish. I'm sorry guys, but my last two runs have been AWFUL. Not too hard, but just boring and frustrating. I actually ended up walking most of today (W8D1).

Plus, my knee has really been hurting. Not while I'm running, but by the end of the evening (I usually run around 10am).

I still want to help cheer you all on! You're fabulous!

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear about your knee. You've come sooooo far! You're an inspiration.

Maybe see a doctor or orthopedic specialist to see what they recommend? I'd hate for you to throw in the towel when it might be something you can fix!

At any rate, you rock! Thanks for the motivation! :drinker:

Thank you, Flaca! :flowerforyou: You're such an inspiration, yourself!

Sadly, I don't really have money to get fancy running shoes, and I've just found the last runs frustrating. I liked doing the little intervals during weeks 4,5,6 but the long runs have annoyed me.

I'm going to try and go for a walk tomorrow (well, maybe, I got sunburned today!)

I get it. I just want to get through these last 4 runs. Sometimes it is easy and feels good and that is about all that keeps me going. Yesterday I had IT band issues, and blisters, and my head was not in the right place.

You have to do what's right for you...no shame in that. If your damaging your knees I say you've made the right decision
