Howdy! You may know me from such threads as Stephanie's 17dd c.2012. Where I logged my weight change every day. I got a lot of good response from that thread and it really helped me stay on track. So if you don't mind I am starting a personal weigh in thread here? Feel free to post on this thread and say hi, or start your own!

I have had such a hard time getting back on track since Xmas! I was down to my reasonable goal weight range (139-142) in November, then Christmas and Hawaiian vacation happened and well you how the story goes! So I have at least ten lbs to pry off my body but I have been lazy about it! Not working out, just eating so so. But mah pants don't fit!!!! And summer is coming!!! Straight up I just don't feel my best at this weight. So here we go, cycle 1 starting March 2nd. Goal weight 142 by the end of cycle 3.
3/02- 156.6 - I must point out I am super poofy from pizza last night!

Yesterday was ok not perfect. Feel like I still have a loooong way to go! But glad I am doing it.

This is a rough day. Super cranky. Super hungry. All the food I brought for lunch was eaten by 11am and I was still hungry. I tried to find something 17DD friendly at my work, all I could get was a spinach salad. Western lunch options are always centered around carbs!!! Eating two cups of plain spinach with a few strawbs and nuts on top didn't do it. Made me crankier actually. Ended up sneaking a few mini choco bars from the table outside my office that yes, I have to walk by every day and is always full of candy.
On the good side I went for a 45 minute walk on my break. There is a lady here who always wants to take a walk in the afternoon with me, and don't get me wrong she is very nice, but sooo incredibly slow I don't get a workout so now I am deciding I have to just avoid her and go out on my own. Super awkward.
Omigod I want to scream. Am I cranky because of carb withdrawl?0 -
Hi ya...I love this plan and go back to it here and there when I am feeling like I have been eating out of hand. BUT ironically yesterday I decided to do accelerate during the week and what ever on the weekend. I started yesterday haha. So I was 154 yesterday and 153 this morning. I love this plan, and find I feel pretty good doing it.0

I am the same, I keep coming back to it when I get off track, works every time. I like the idea of accelerate on weekdays and looser on weekends, I feel like that would be sustainable over the long term. Let me know how it goes.0 -
In a better mood today. Did pilates last night, a whole hour class, and felt great! I realize that prep is half the battle, so yesterday I baked a bunch of chicken breast and bought more yogurt, no I have no excuse there is always something to eat.

do you mind if I invade your page and post weight the same? .....I rarely ever had a buddy with this diet. people on MFP were somewhat horrible at times.....BUT I agree lets get out of these 150's0

I wish I could be excited about my loss so far, but truth be told I was 150lbs last Friday, so what I am losing right now is just the damage from one weekend. I still have the damage from my birthday, Christmas, and Hawaii to go!!!!
My goal for the end of cycle 1 is 147. But that's a bit lofty....

So today is our biggest looser contest weigh-in at work. We started Jan 3....I started at 164 .....once at work I am 3lbs more with clothes and on that scale...we will see.

I have been doing great. There is no explanation for the jump in weight, except TOM is coming next week. Been craving chocolate, sneaking a few choc chips here and there but nothing worth a gain. Sigh it is demotivating though....

So this morning I feel thinner even though the numbers are no different. As planned I am going to try to do more of an activate plan for the weekend. We went out last night after work for my sons birthday and I did have two Guinness. one 16 ounce and one 12 at 2 different places. Felt like a treat and my bf and I shared a flourless chocolate thing. Soooo getting the book out to review and funny thing is I want oatmeal this morning so that is my one starch. I MUST GO SHOPPING ..NO YOGURT IN THE HOUSE:laugh:

Oh good I don't feel so bad cause I had two glasses of wine last night. Which led to a few off- plan nibbles lol.
In my wise old age ;-) I am realizing that wholesale deprivation and perfection only makes me miserable. I want to find ways to incorporate the 17dd into my life where I am never again "on" or "off" plan. I am just eating this way be wise m body loves it, my tummy feels better, my skin looks fantastic and I am full of energy. Hopefully that translates into my body weight reaching a more ideal level? So wine is gonna happen, probably every Friday, because for me the alternative is to deny myself joy for months, and then binge for months and gain it all back. Hope I can hang onto this sane place I am in.
Last year I fought so hard and got down to 138lbs. I looked good, but I felt like crap. I was miserable to be around, and had utterly forgotten how to have fun. Fun is really really important :-)
Ok that's my morning rumination. Scale was down this morning. I think it's broken lol.

I am so with you on all that. I feel great on this diet too but I can't be in a place where I feel deprived all the time. We go out every Friday night and I like to wind down.
Two rules I always stick to and that is I do try to make sure I eat my fruit before 2-4pm If I am hungry on my 45 minute ride from work ..I eat an apple. ...and I eat two dairy a day. Sometimes it is not yogurt or cottage cheese. Sometimes it is skim milk with protein powder.
My goal is to be between 140-145. I feel really great there.:)0 -

It's not like I have been pigging out, I swear! Saturday was a busy day, stressful and I let myself have some wine again. Sunday was a very belated birthday cake and brunch.
Sigh....I don't know. I wish I could face self deprivation right now but psychologically I just can't. I need to find a balanced way of eating where I feel like I have energy and get to enjoy life, but don't gain weight. I just can't bring myself to count calories right now. In retrospect this weekend I should have forgone the birthday cake, some of the drinking. Other than that I really didn't eat badly.
Got to s of exercise in the garden though. And Pilates tonight!

It really does matter if I have the supplies I need. got some red grapes for the sweetness yogurt and other things to make sure I stick to this this week.
Last week I felt really light headed and out of it a bit just to make the numbers for our weigh in. Thinking differently this week. I did buy 100% whole wheat deli flats Going to add this for lunch at work. to what ever protein I eat. It is 100 calories and I think this will help that foggy feeling.

Yah it's really easy to undereat if you are not careful, or just feel foggy from low carbs.
Giving myself some tough love. I clearly have a choice- I need to get a little uncomfortable if I am going to make a change. It would be so easy if I could just say I was happy at this weight, but I am not. So I need to fight a little harder! I would say realistically I am in cycle two- I need the beans!!!!

I feel like I finally have my head wrapped around moderation, for today anyway. Yesterday was a good eating day. The scale did not reward me but that's okay TOM is coming any day. I am counting calories as well.
