    A walk! 57 degrees today!!!
    100 push ups mixed: 20
    100 triceps dips: 20
    50 biceps curls: 20

    Missed you guys in Friday - I was out of the office all day. But I'm back and I Must Do this!

    Goals:

    60 pushups (mixed):
    4 60-sec planks:
    4 75-sec wall sits:
    200 bicep curls 8#:
    200 squats 8#:
    60 tricep dips (this is a BIG push!):

    Sad to report, my 22 mile run turned into 16. My foot was bothering me a bit so opted to cut short rather then tough it out. I have a half the next two weekends and a full the following so I figured better safe then sorry :smile:

    Shannon was doing a tricep song and we did about 2 minutes of straight dips.. wow they are hard.

    Hi!

    New to the group. Hopefully, I've got this.. Today's goals, since I'm nursing an injury:

    30 pushups (against the wall/counter)
    20 dips (edge of chair)

    Some desk yoga:

    3 sets of:

    Happy Hips - L ankle over R knee, drop L knee
