So I quit this app when I realised I had a bit of an eating disorder. I gave myself a 6 month (or so) break after over 2 years of daily logging and weighing in. I still weigh in most days but I have been slack. I have gained a few kilos. So now I would like to lose some of that. I recently went on holidays which both increased and decreased my weight (weird I know). I am registered for a few runs this year already (I like to run) but I consider myself a lazy fit person. I need motivation with fitness and nutrition. Basically, I need someone to kick my butt when I eff up.
Is that someone you?
(I have no friends on here).
PS. I'm an eastern coast girl. Eg. I was in Qld in Jan, NSW currently and Vic next week...

Firstly, what is your height and weight? Do you really need to lose more weight or is that part of your eating disorder talking?
Secondly, I find it hard enough to motivate myself (as do other people), let alone motivate you. Motivation isn't all it's cracked up to be, anyway - far better to learn some habits that are going to last you a lifetime, rather than rely on fleeting motivation.
Lastly, I wish you well and hope you find what you're looking for.0 -
Thanks for your response.
My eating disorder wasn't weight related - it was binge related.
My bmi is currently 22 so I'm not "overweight" but if I lose 5kg I will still be in the normal range for bmi's as well.0
