Where should I restart?

I was at W9D2 when I got achilles tendonitis and I haven't been able to run in two weeks. I think I'm ready to get back on track and I'd like to give it a try tomorrow, but I'm not sure where because I haven't exercised at all during these two weeks. What would you recommend?

Half of what you were doing when you got injured. So 15 minutes or 1.5 miles...so week 5. Or you can modify it since you were running 30 minutes straight, and do 15 minutes 3 times. Then the next week bump up to 20 minutes, then 25, etc...

Go easy and make sure you stretch afterwards.

Hi i was looking for an answer to the same question myself today when i came across your post. I have completed c25k before but got to the end and let it slip. i do run/jog on the treadmill at the gym..i do an average of 1 mile. however, like you i want to restart the c25k but dont know at which point i can start from? did the half way part as suggested work for you? i do a lot of cardio exercise regularly so im hoping this will aid my restart and i need to be able to run/jog 10k by July for my first 10k charity run.
