    Hey, sims, good start. I'm sick with a migraine this morning (stress from midterms), so I'm not exercising until I feel better. I did go to work which looks like a mistake.

    Going to try to get at least 3 sets of these in today before I leave. One set down so far.

    Pushups (against wall) - 10
    Standing side leg lifts - 10 each leg
    Calf raises - 20
    Seated twist in chair pose - 2 times each side
    Shoulder rolls (stretching) - 20

    Normally, when I try to get exercise in at work, it's more robust (jumping jacks, laps around the building, walking up and down the stairs multiple times), but I'm nursing a pinched nerve or two, so this is mostly to stretch more than anything, until I get back to where I'd like to be. :) I like that I have some place to be accountable for all of the non-conventional exercise I get in. ;)

    Glad to be back today---yesterday was hostage at federal jury duty. :frown: :frown: Felt like I was at the Reaping for the Hunger Games. :noway:

    50 side leg lifts, each

    I totally failed yesterday - work was so crazy I never got a second out of the office! Hence, not working out and no posting.

    So today is a repeat workout - let's see if I can kick it into gear today!

    Nice day, sims, Panda, Shannon, SGarden, and RQueenie.

    Panda, I have a bad professor who makes errors on exams, and when called out on it agrees he made the errors, agrees to credit people, but doesn't. Not a good situation.

    I still have a migraine but got in a walk today. See everybody tomorrow.
