Right, I have to confess that I didn't make it today. I did my exercise and I'm checking in, but my diet today included a lot of chickpeas and flax seeds, which seem to be high in calories. My limit is 1200 as set by myfitnesspal.com :-(

Exercised?: yes - 20 minutes spreadout throughout the day as a could catch 5 and 10 minutes here and there - I would assume that counts - I havent done that in the past but if I'm going to get 20 minutes a day I have to do something. Old way of thinking - 40 minutes 3- 4 days a week. New way of thinking - 3- 4 days a week 40+ and the remainder of the days getting 20 minutes in somehow (walking, stairs, spreadout, whatever).
