OK...I did eat fairly well and was sure my Saturday binge was going to undo everything I had done all week...WOO HOO I'LL TAKE IT!!! I hiked Sunday and Tuesday last week, made all of my training and one day of therapy. Sweet!!! Suffering from a sinus cold or something and overslept this morning, so no hike for me today =(( That means that the fierce battle I had going with Cheryl (and even exceeded Sheesh AND Kelly) is probably over for this week. Its too dark after work to hike...so...hhhmmm my thinking cap is on.
Kelly - I am so proud of everything you're doing with all that you have going on in your life. Stay focused!!!
Hoping to hear from our grandbabyland visitors soon.

Way better than I thought it would be. I've kind of fallen off the wagon with my eating. It's not that I'm eating bad or lots, I'm just not really paying attention that closely. I've also had some food items that I shouldn't have (cinnamon bun, chocolate bar, pasta with cream sauce). That all comes with it being my TOM (I hate when people use that term.. I always want to call it my "lovely lady time" lol) Cravings and hunger is insane for me this week. At least I'm still managing to get my numbers up. Finally managed to pass Lois & Cheryl!!!
Thanks for the kind comment Lois! Things are changing for me yet again in my love life. I'm making a big decision in regards to my relationship but I'm hoping everything works out. I guess when it comes to love, that's all you can do is hope it works out. Great job on the hiking! I sooo wish it was like that here. We're in the middle of another blizzard and it's -25C right now.

Trying to focus on getting back to basics. . food prep, logging, calorie deficit, macros in line, exercise. It's going to be a challenge because my trainer now lives in California :sad: We keep in touch, and I've devised a schedule for myself . . . but, you know how it goes when there's no accountability except to self. I started a Cardio Barre class with friends, but they have already blown off a couple of classes. The trip to Boise didn't help get me on a good schedule. I'm going to have to get into a rhythm on my own.
Kelly, I'm so glad you're trying again on the relationship front. I hope you find your happiness. You're doing great with the steps, I know!!
Lois, it seems you're almost all the way "back". Good going!
Sarah, work and grandbabies take our focus and energy away! We have no choice but to take some time back for ourselves. Otherwise, we're no good to our jobs or our families.

oh my... where to begin? Went to Grandbabyland, computer got hit by a virus so I was offline for almost 2 weeks, son and his wife decided to move so went back over to GBL, took the grandsons to Disney world, brought their chickens home, built a chicken coop/exercise run, got a new computer set up and kept up my work schedule. Whew!~ Now I am tending to chickens before and after work (which actually is a lot of fun), checking to make sure there are no signs that anything has been trying to get in their enclosure while I'm gone, enjoying a little extra sunshine after I get home from work and getting a little weeding done in my gardens. None of it makes much in the way of stepping but it's certainly kept me busy anyways. I have been watching my food intake, though, and now that I am back online, hope to get back into the logging and stepping routine.
So, it's hard to give a report other than steps are down...
LW was after my horrible dental visit and I was 175.6 on log in day but back to 177.0 the next day so I will deny the previous weight loss reported and claim the last weight as 177

This week's goal: start improving my daily step totals, continue with the weeding in the yard (wonderful and fun way for me to burn a few extra calories) and add a home video exercise class at least once before the next weigh in.0 -
KELLY!!! OMG girl you just whizzed right past me and kept going. My hubby is only a 5k ahead of you!!!! No trail during the week this week for me, but you watch out next week. I'm on vaca a couple of days while my son is visiting next Fri-Wed....and he sleeps late. You know where I'll be - haha Very happy to hear you're moving forward in your other areas as well

Sheesh - I've adopted my son in laws sisters kids as my grandbabie and I love the time with them. So happy you are able to spend that quality time with them. I know how hard it can be to lose a trainer you love to work with. Is it possible to do anything via skype? Or maybe start exploring new ones until you find the right fit. I've been through that a few times. That's how I found Chrissy!
