    more fruits and veggies! we had a family dinner the other night and had a veggie tray out as an app and it was GONE within 15mins. reminded us all how much we love veggies but never eat them

    I am doing the more fruits and veggies..
    today fir dinner I made some roasted beef in my slow cooker.. added lots of veggies and fresh fruits for dessert.. and my husband loved it
