8 tbsp pb, like 1-2 c cereal, 3 cups greek yogurt. I am so, so, so, close to going and continuing with my pb and eating MORE.
My cals are only like 2300 for the day with this binge but I do this probably once a week and cannot stop. I even eat periodically throughout the day today, had "desserts" for breakfast so no real restriction. I can't seem to shake this =(
I just joined and could use all your help. I am an orthorexia/restrictive ED recoverer.

I can't even tell you how many ENTIRE jars of peanut butter or almond butter I have eaten in one day. It is probably my ultimate weakness. Do you find you always binge on the same types of food? I know I do. I try my best not to buy the foods I binge on most, but every now and then I still go into binge pilot mode when I'm at the grocery store and just buy them all at once.
I don't have all the answers and still don't know how I'm supposed to 'cure' myself of this, but in the mean time it's kindof nice to know you are not alone (not that I would wish any type of ED on anyone else just so I don't have to be alone). Hang in there and don't give up on yourself!0 -
im currently on a 4000 calories binge
idk, im not sad or depressed about it or ashamed really,, because i need to gain weight, it's just.. gross.
