 NO WORRIES!!! Keep going strong on your own!! Only great things will come from logging everyday!!

I am out. But it's all good. I spent the afternoon and evening yesterday with a bunch of girlfriends (surrounded by lots of yummy food obviously) and only went over by 200 calories. Nothing really. But I am going to take this as my cue to leave this group for now.

I have to tell you that during the December challenge I was so crushed that I was unable to stick to my guns that I actually stopped posting on MFP till Jan 1. During that time I regained all the weight (and them some) that I had lost in the weeks prior. In February when I had to bow out, I made poor dietary choices for two or three days before getting back on MFP and back on track. So I commend you highly for allowing people to stay in it.

Happily this time I have made enough progress with my fitness levels and overall sense of wellbeing that I have no fear I will "lose it".

Once again heartfelt gratitude to caradae and jagreene62. You ladies are the best! Wish you all much success.
